"I agree with some of the bad reviews here, literally rude for no reason. I get that a lot of the workers are younger but that doesn’t excuse them from giving basic customer service unless that’s how A&F does things. At checkout my card didn’t go through right away and instead of explaining that the card reader might be finicky, the cashier blamed me for swiping too fast and I had to get their attention because they were busy chatting with their colleagues… when my card finally went through, it was from an extremely slow swipe that is not what a regular swipe would be. Maybe try explaining it to people instead. I hope you train your employees better A&F because this was disappointing."

"Things are a little bit disorganized. Not all of the jeans are folded properly and there are not enough changing rooms. I had to wait in line for 10 minutes to try on my jeans in a small chaining room with no bench or hooks to hang my stuff on. I know that the number of dressing rooms that they have can not be changed, but hooks on the walls are a small investment that would be worth it. Not a terrible store though."
