"Purchased an OVERPRICED Vineyard Vines polo shirt a couple years ago. I liked the shirt until this happened: Taking off the shirt over my head, as usual, before bed, the shirt ripped out all along where the collar attaches to the back of the shirt. Like it rotted out, because I was not applying much force at all. I reached out to Vineyard Vines via email, got an email back saying "my email had been received", then NOTHING more. No response. I contacted them again 11/1/22 and to date, still no response. I'm attaching a photo to show how it completely ripped out around the back collar. Will not buy "polo like" shirts from this company again, especially after reading other reviews about how they ghost people with problems and do not respond."
