Deanne from the women's clothing department and Diana from the women's shoes department were both so helpful. "1.) Excellent service by everyone who helped me in the Collectors Dept.: Roxy, Alfred, Nicola. Alfred helped me get around a credit snafu caused by my locking my accounts against past fraudulent activity. 2.) In Lingerie Dept., a friend had told me to ask for Karen (Carren) but she said she was busy. I said I'd wait but she said she had too many customers in fitting rooms already. I was passed off to a girl who told me she was not regularly of that dept."
"I love this store since shopping in the last century (I know I am making you think but the last century was only 24 years ago…lol) because of the amazing customer service! Thank you to the wonderful lady handing out the complimentary snacks and drink for the start of the anniversary sale! I originally came in to purchase a Marie Tash earring but was informed that her items are now online only which is such a shame . However, it was a pleasure walking around to the wonderful displays and speaking to all the sales associates …thank you"
"Situated in Stanford University Campus near Stanford Shopping Mall. Three floors Shopping Center for cosmetics, bags, ladies section, kids section and one restaurant on 3rd floor. Lots of collections are there but seems very expensive."
