"Absolutely rude honestly the guy was not professional and I felt racially profiled the whole time. I’m getting my suit for my weeding in this was not the experience I was looking for, just spend the extra bucks and go buy yourself a nice one . There whole point is to sell suits and he did the opposite just rushing and no people skills. I thought I had made an appointment and they would be ready for me instead I ended up trying 3 jackets and we left . I hope someone reads this and saves themselves the trouble Men’s wherehouse do better !! Give the guy a vacation or something cause he is just a bitter old man. Stay away from the old guy with the glasses not the old grandpa one the one with the 49faithful pin. Will be buying a suit else where we just came to this store cause my mother lives here and it was near. Overall really disappointed. I would give negative stars if could."

"Had to get a suit last minute for a wedding in Japan. Luckily I had a 3hr layover and decided to go to this location, since it was the closest to the airport. They understood my sense of urgency and within 45 mins I was was out the door with a suit. My pants were also tailored / altered and pressed! Overall I was impressed. Thank you Chris, the other gentleman, and the person that tailored my pants for taking care of me swiftly and professionally. PS... For Japanese weddings make sure to get a white tie or a non solid black tie. Solid black ties are for funerals."
