"A rather large TJ Maxx compared to others. Stock and variety is hit or miss. Sometimes it's well organized, sometimes it's pretty messy near the back-center of the store. Overall though, pretty good TJ Maxx."
"Made a return today and the women who did my return was so rude and had an attitude from the start, she takes my item out the bag looks at it and asked where the tag was on the item, insinuating like It had be worn, and I told her it's right there, you could clearly see the tag right there, and I had purchased it the night before and my daughter did not like this item, she proceeded to due the return when the return is done she ask if I had my card ending in *** and I said yes I do, she then said I need to see your card, now mind you it's my debt card, and I asked why she needed to see my card, and she said we always ask to see the card if it matches what is on the receipt, now I shop there a lot for years and they have never done that, so don't bold face lie to me in my face and say you always do that, when you don't, she better not horrible horrible customer service!!!!!!!"
"Miss Pam in Jewelry was very helpful today. Because of reviews, and my need to get a finger ring size… I stopped here. Mentioning that I wasn’t intending to purchase anything, this didn’t matter to her, she took time to help me even though I could tell she was very busy… she stopped what she was doing and helped me completely with my sizing request. Very polite and friendly. This is Customer Service Defined! Thank you Miss Pam!"
"Lots of quality eclectic items too varied to list. It's another place I stop at if I'm in the area to look for items I need for the kitchen or bath or bedroom. They have a lot of everything all reduced from what it originally would have cost at retail. I like to see an item when I buy it. A place I really like to stop at even if it's just to look. There's usually a surprise I didn't expect.And at a very good price."
