"Generally happy with finding what I need. Sometimes check online to see if an item is in stock, but there can be a discrepancy between what the online stock says and what’s actually available. So go inside! I like that there are self checkout stations, but I also think there should be more than two attendant checkout stations when there are lines of people, everywhere, trying to checkout. I have used the drive up option a lot, especially during Covid and some after. A very efficient way to do shopping and the team of people who bring you your things are always kind."
"The employees are courteous and accommodating to disabled customers like myself. However, I did not find the replacement items that I needed. Also, the only electric cart was being used, so I had to painfully navigate the store on foot. Another cart would be helpful."
"My wife and I really wanted a baby breeza formula maker to make life easier in terms of feeding our newborn. So, today we bought one from this Pinole branch and as we open it with excitement, we are soon very disappointed. We find out this $250 machine was used. The machine had old mold residue, water in the tank and had mold inside of it. Our machine was also missing pieces. We tried calling multiple times but we didn’t get any response. We’re highly disappointed. Target says they genuinely care about the customers health, but this action speaks the opposite. Why wouldn’t the store check the returned items before trying to resale? My newborn could've gotten extremely Ill if I didn’t inspect this item. We demand answers Target. Sincerely, An extremely disappointed customer."
