"I was presently surprised on entering the store there was a greeter, and I asked him where the air filters for my furnace were located, and he guided and directed me to the right place. The Customer service is great. The staff is nice. I can tell as I overheard other customers getting from the staff. The store is very clean and well organized. I will be paying them a visit again in the future."

"This ACE hardware store isn't family-owned, so they do price match, and it's conveniently close to our home. Personally, I'm not a fan of ACE, especially the independently owned and operated ones, because their service tends to be subpar and they can come across as entitled. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find out that this ACE will match Home Depot's prices for products they carry, and they do it with a smile."

"I caused wall paint to chip and immediately ran to Ace Hardware late Sunday evening with a sample to have paint color matched. James and Stephen helped my husband and I, but the machine/computer did not help. We were told to come in the next day, but I called and got Denny, who not only discovered the issue but called me and kept me informed of the progress. Once all was up and running, and the supplies needed were there, Denny kept his promise and called me. The matched color worked seamlessly with ni lines of demarcation. One can not see or tell any difference. Thanks to James, Stephen, and Denny!!!! All went well!"

"This is a colossal store. It has just about any hardware, tool, or equipment of good quality. Good place to look for gifts as well, because a merchandise from this store is very likely to last for a long time. Also, it is better to go to an actual store than to shop on line. Anyone makes better decisions when you actually see, smell or touch the product. I recomend to visit this particular store because you might find out that the store has something that you never thought you actually need. After a short tour inside the store, i believe, anyone will see something very useful and atractive to buy for himself or for someone you care about. Staff members are always ready to help."
