"The customer service WAS good at first when i bought the shoe, but when I went to return it the lady upfront was not willing to help at all, and the return policy is stupid !! How am I supposed know for sure i want a shoe if i dont get to wear it at least once.."

"NEVER VISIT THIS PLACE, they charged my card for $173 and they don't want to give me an answer, they are thieves, THIEVES! In addition, the staff is very arrogant and inexperienced, they think they own the store themselves and serve you as if you were asking for a gift."

"I personally think it’s weird to have a shoe on display at a SHOE store and state “ we can’t take it off the mannequin.” I understand if it’s like a prop or something, but the SHOE that’s on the floor for all to see and want. Sadly, the shoe was my size & I really wanted to buy it, but due to the poor & I mean POOR( rude & miserable looking) customer service, I bought the shoe elsewhere. I walked down to Champs, which has great customer service and asked “ if I wanted this shoe from the mannequin and it’s the last one, can I buy it?” He simply said, “you surely can!” When I worked in retail, if we can’t sell it, we take it off the floor. My partner who still works in retail was baffled. I understand, each store is different, but if 1 store out of 10 doesn’t allow it, it doesn’t make sense."

"I am giving this place four stars because I was helped by the only girl in the shoe section where it is “male dominated” as you can say. I believe the name was Kira or Kiara, I forgot but she was very nice and educated my husband and I about sizes and different shoes while I was looking for comfortable shoes. She was also very helpful converting women to men shoe sizes, took time with us as she multitasked while helping other people. The boys that were on the floor with her were too busy talking, she took care of everything for us and the other people she was helping, she was also funny too! I would recommend to go to her when you come to this store! Managers should give her something for being such a big help and also being patient with everything. This would have been five stars but the people at the register were rude and added an extra dollar to my purchase. I would have donated if she did not tried that slick move with me! I wrote this to recommend to see the girl with curly hair to help you find shoes!"

"Came here to pick up shoes I won from a raffle and was completely shocked at the attitude and hostility I received from the lady working cashier. I have no idea why I was approached that way, when attitude was given before I could even speak. Maybe a previous customer? I didn’t catch her name but we’ll call her sales person 0074515 since that’s what was on the receipt. Pro tip, quit your job if you’re that stressed 8 hours a day. It’s not good for your health. I I would understand if I caused some problems or approached her with the same hostility. But I literally did not say a word to her until she asked if I was picking up. I’m sure you need that commission more than I need to spend money on a general release shoe. Next time don’t sell me the shoes if it’s that much of an inconvenience. No reason to act like that for no reason or if you’re taking anger out from a previous customer"
