"Food is great, but they forgot my fries twice in a row"
"We made a mobile order, when i arrived they asked me to wait in the parking lot, we waited for 30 mins, no one brought in our order. Went back in the drive through and asked the status they said they forgot to bring out the order and the employees were playing with a cat in the kitchen( I am not sure if that is also legal to have pets in the kitchen).However the lady apologized for the delay. The food was the worst. Chicken in the sandwich was so hard to chew. The drink I think they filled it long time back, the ice was all melted and water down. Completely unsatisfied."
"Apparently the manager decided to not make anymore original chicken for the rest of the night. The place closes at 11pm but it was 8:30pm. The employee there was very patient in explaining the situation and talked to the manager about it which was great. Can’t say the same about management here. If it’s not consistent with how much chicken they make, I wouldn’t waste my time trying to go here for a quick meal."
"Great location. Took my mom there for lunch. Treated with respect and honor. The crew was great, the food was hot and fresh. Better than many. The facility was very clean."
"The worst KFC experience ever. I ordered quick pick-up. After I got home, I realized that it was missing a chicken sandwich and a large mashed potatoes with gravy. The chickens that I received were so dry and hard. Check the pictures that I took. It’s my worst KFC experience ever."
