"Long line at pickup counter, made me go to pick up bins which I didn’t know about, pick up instructions didn’t mention, and get it myself stand in line AGAIN. Only one person working the counter and she is in no hurry, not exactly a bastion of good customer service. Won’t be shopping here again."

"They have a big and tall section. They have their own branded big and tall clothes. The shirts were only $10 each. So a pretty good deal. We came on black Friday and it wasn't very busy. We only waited in line less then a minute. They have lots of clothes. The staff was nice."
