"Sad to say that I thought the work they did for me at the time was good, unfortunately the installer didn’t loctite the bolts and my entire front suspension of my truck vibrated loose. Some bolts have even fallen off!!! I called for them to please take a look and they said that because I furnished the parts they wouldn’t warrant the install and that if I wanted to be without a vehicle for a month I could bring it in then. I read so many messages about their customer service but because I trusted their reputation I had them install my lift kit. Now, I’m stuck because their installer did have a half-baked job. Disappointing to say the least. Dismayed that they wouldn’t warrant their work. Saddened that they couldn’t bring this in as their installer was the one that failed. Sorry XMS - your installer (who you dumped six weeks after working on my truck) was an employee of your company. Honoring your company’s work is what customer service is really about. Customers be advised."

"I wanted the Carli 2.5" level kit put on my 2017 F-350 Platinum. These guys got me the kit and installed it and did a great job! Do you know the saying "everyone makes mistakes, it's how you deal with them that matters"? Let me tell you about a "mistake" and what these guys did to make it right... I ordered my level kit with upgraded 2.0 Fox remote reservoir shocks. When the kit was installed I noticed that the wrong shocks (without remote reservoir) were installed. When I brought it to their attention they checked the paperwork and sure enough the wrong socks were shipped and the tech just installed the parts that were delivered. Like I said "people make mistakes", right? But here's were it gets good... Fred & Mel got the right shocks ordered right away. I had to come back in about a week for my 1000 mile re-torque / check-up and when I did they they had already received the correct shocks and installed them for me! These guys bent over backwards to apologize and make it right. I know that someone had to pay for extra shipping and tech / shop time to make it right but it wasn't me! They did everything possible to make me feel valued and to make sure that I got what I ordered and was on the road again quickly! I already have a quote for my next suspension upgrade! If you're wondering where to get your truck worked on then stop looking because this place will do whatever it takes to make sure you get what you want! Tell them I sent ya!"

I went to the place give my information no response at all this place is A joke ? Work in a customer service customer came first for Business to be Successful?????? Have my truck done in another place?"
