"Very busy on weekends. Best to go online for a reservation before showing up. If replacing a tire pressure sensor (or sensors), be sure they link replaced sensors to the vehicle's onboard computer. Indicator light should go off within 20 miles. If not, return for more maintenance."

"Pros: - Decent prices - Friendly-enough staff - EDIT: Positive managerial ownership (by Tyrone) over the situation below resulted in financial restitution that substantially improves my outlook in trusting America’s Tire in the future. One poor experience: Paid for a top-notch set of new tires, but they replaced one with an incorrect size. The incompatible size made various car features unavailable, lack of which gave me and my wife lots of stress while driving over the coming days (disabled lane departure, automatic braking, steering control, brake hold, etc.). Thought the problem was with the software, attempted multiple restarts hoping to resolve the issue, but had to schedule a service appt with manufacturer that was nearly a week later. Drove across town just to tell me Americas Tire put on the wrong size, and had to drive all the way back (40 miles and an hour later) and wait over an hour for them to replace with the right size. Last, in both cases visiting AT during this transaction, they returned my car with dirty, greasy wheels."

"Great customer service. I originally came for an air check, which was very convenient and a service all tire companies should offer their customers. At the end of the service, I encountered an issue with starting my vehicle which was weird because it’s fairly new. 3 techs have looked at it to see what’s going on. Dan, in particular, looked into the issue more, he even attempted to jump it, thinking it might be the battery. At the end, he helped me look for a towing company so that I could safely get my car checked somewhere else. He went out of his way to assist me the best way he could offer even though the issue is not concerning my tires. I will be coming here again and recommend their service. Other places would simply shrug and let you deal with it yourself."

"I had my tires changed by Brentwood location, They used my gas tank on my Chevy to lift it causing $3700 dollars in damage and not saying anything! I found out when getting gas 3 days later and gas was poring out of my SUV! I had my children in the SUV on our way out of town to visit family. My kids life and everyone around me was in danger! This was on 12-14-22 and My car still sits at Chevy being fixed. There was a clear indention on a floor jack on the bottom of the gas tank holder and a circle crack in the actual gas tank, 2 gas lines are bent, fuel pump bent, sensors broken, charcoal canister had gas in it and gas in places there shouldn't be. My vacation was ruined, my kids and my self lives where at risk and no remorse! I wish I could include pictures. There insurance still has yet to take over the claim and my gas tank is on back order with no ETA! They still expect me to pay 1100 for tires after all this is so ridiculous! I lost money on hotels and they cant even return a call! PEOPLE BE CAREFUL HERE! WATCH YOUR CAR WHILE THEY CHANGE TIRES AND CHECK IT BEFORE LEAVING!!!"

"I had a good experience at this store. Visited here for tire repair since there was a screw on the tire. I didn’t have an appointment, they took me as walk in. Place was busy, it took around 3.5 hrs to get the repair done, since there were many cars ahead of me. They did repair free of charge!"
