They confirmed that the tire was not safe to drive home on and fit me in for a replacement tire right before closing to make sure I got home safe! "I'm sorry to say, Les Schwab isn't the same since they were bought out. Years ago I came in with a flat tire. When I went to pay, they said "No, flat repairs are free, we hope for your future business". From that date they got all my vehicles, including my company trucks. $20 for a flat repair, & I took it off & put it back on."

"I love that les scwab has such an grea policy for tire care here. I just got 4 new tires in like August and sadly had a screw sticking out of my back tire. Because I got the tires here they were able to out right replace the tire without charging me a penny! Thank you all so much!"
