"Ordered $80 worth of food only to discover we were missing our tots ($12 before tax). I tried calling a few times, no one answers. One girl was beyond rude when we asked about our shakes (our take out food was getting cold). And wouldn't you know, our food was cold when we got home. Not worth the price and poor quality. I do have to say the girl that took my order was super nice. I wish I knew names to call out the rude person. I won't be back."

"Won’t be returning to this location ever again. My family and I have been to a few Superburger locations so we know what to expect when we show up to eat, and this location was such a disappointment. When we first showed up you couldn’t tell the staff from customer’s because no one is wearing any kind of uniform. It wasn’t until a young woman walked back into the restaurant and asked if I was here to order, that I even realized she worked there. However, maybe that’s not a standard at this location? My issue was, after spending $80 plus a nice tip, you’d think that we’d at least get decent customer service and a clean place to eat our food. Literally the bare minimum to ask. Food was decent and it’s the only reason this review got any stars at all. The tables outside were a mess and needed to be wiped down badly, but the customers service is the whole reason we will never return to this place. After our drinks came out I kindly asked for my daughters Capri Sun because I figured it was forgotten, which was no big deal. She told us she’d grab it and be right back. From our location on the patio we could see the cashier grab the Capri Sun. When she didn’t come back out with it we figured she was going to bring it out with our food. After our food had come out we were still missing my daughters Capri Sun and our basket of fries so I simply asked again. Not only did we make it through our burgers and still no drink or fries, but when my husband went inside to ask for the missing items the cashier was drinking the Capri Sun that she had grabbed from the refrigerator. Seriously?!? She then went to the refrigerator to grab another one and handed it to my husband. However, we were still missing our fries. My husband stood there as order after order after order of online orders went out. It wasn’t until they finished up their online customers that they finally gave my husband our fries. After that it was a “sorry, we got busy” and that was it. Now I get that things get busy because I’ve worked in the restaurant business before, but never would we have let a dine in customer wait over 30mins for the rest of their order and become last priority just because our online orders picked up. Not sure what happened to this location or maybe it’s always been this way. Either way we will definitely be avoiding it on our visits to the area."

"Most burgers places aren’t a go-to place for those who have diet restrictions. My vegetarian husband and I (gluten allergy) love to eat at Windsor SuperBurger! If you want a delicious homemade shake, this is your place!"
