"I called to make an order very politely and the person on the other side was very disrespectful for no reason. Yelling at me for “not” saying my order loud enough is ridiculous when I was talking right into the speaker. I was asking for the price of the pizza and he practically yelled it at me. After that I asked how long it would take and he hung up quickly. He also gave me so much attitude I can’t believe Little Caesar hired this guy."

"System crashed when I paid and they told me I had to pay again. I showed them my checking account and that it said it went through. They told me I had to pay again and that if I got charged twice I could go in the next day to get my money back. When i went back they told me they had to contact their management and that they’d call me. I’ve been following up with them since, I never got the call and over a month later I still don’t have my money back. I told them i’d just take a coupon but they told me no to that too."

"Ordered Deep Dish Ultimate Supreme and Liter of Diet Pespi. Received Regular Pespi and a raw pizza. When you lift up the toppings there was at least 3/8 " deep RAW dough. Not edible. Call Windsor store to ask what happened and the worker just set the phone down and left me listening to him help other customers. Terrible food and terrible customer service."

"Unfriendly employees. We have had several bad experiences here and this time we ordered on the phone and we we went to pick it up with our newborn baby they told us the man on the register forgot to put in the order and we had to wait 15 minutes. When we were waiting we heard the employee talk about us in Spanish because he assumed we only knew English."
