"I don't understand why A&W Windsor changed their Freezes? Or maybe it was the very person that made it? The freeze was very watery. I asked it to be remade and he said all are like that. After 30+ years of freezes, I do know what it is supposed to be. Straw wouldn't stand, immediately fell over. Not slowly. Probably have given up on A&W. And they have no senior or military discounts. Anti-military?"
"We decided to dine in with the kids, we had to wait for something at Home Depot. Every table was greasy/dirty. We had to clean our own table before sitting down. Vinyl seats were sticky. We placed our order and it took a looong time for an order off cheese curds & 2 chicken little sandwiches.... not including the mini corn dogs that took even longer & they forgot to put on an additional order that we had to place again & wait again for. Customers were irritated and one man was demanding a manager. The girl at the counter was very confused who got what (drive thru vs dine in orders), food production was behind. I had worked in a restaurant for many years and know how it can be when you're slammed, but they weren't slammed. I don't know if this is part of the general worker shortage, but was sad to witness. Nothing anyone can do about it... if a manager was there they couldn't helped their crew out."
"Plenty of empty seating, the clean booth I sat in had 9ne seat that was obviously ripped and patched with duct tape. Restaurant could use some updating, looks the same as it has for as far back as I can remember."
