"I was craving a burger and Burger King popped in my mind. I remember Burger King being a generous place with large portions and reasonable prices and it seems to be changing every day. Maybe it’s not personal and all of corporate America is going downhill, but half of my experience here is a clear example that things are changing. Now I will say I enjoyed the modern decor and atmosphere. It has a classic vibe to it. There were a lot of customers and it was kept clean. There was handicapped access and parking spaces for them. This Burger King is also connected to a gas station and it’s little market. Some of the prices here seem to still be decent. My guest had ordered 2 jr. burgers for $5. He said it was actually very tasty and it’s a good idea so you don’t always have to get such a huge burger if you’re not feeling up to it. Plus you can eat one now and save one for later, how perfect! The downside to this specific Burger King was was the disappointment I felt when the Manager was not understanding. I had repeated my order twice to make sure the cashier understood and yet it still came out incorrect. The manager ended up giving me what I wanted and for that I was happy, but the manager should always act kind and patient with the customers even if they’re wrong. The workers also need to be trained better so they know how to correctly respond to their customers when there is a problem. Overall, good food and place, customer service just needs to be worked on! "DECEPTIVELY ADVERTISES ITEMS OVERFLOWING WITH INGREDIENTS YET REPEATEDLY FAILS TO PROVIDE WHAT THEY PICTURE. THE NEW WRAPS ARE PICTURED IN THE RESTAURANT DIRECTLY OPPOSITE THE WHOPPER. THEY FRAUDULENTLY IMPLY THE NEW WRAPS ARE BIGGER THAN A WHOPPER WITH THOSE PHOTOS. THEY ALSO SHOW THE WHOPPER LOOKING WAY BETTER THAN ANYTHING THEY INTEND TO SELL. BURGER KING STOLE MY MONEY TODAY, THE CLERK DID NOT CARE, REFUSED TO ACKNOWLEDGE MY ISSUE, NO REFUND ALLOWED FIRST PHOTO IS WHAT THE WEB SITE ADVERTISES, SECOND PHOTO IS THE TINY LIE THAT THEY SELL ...SMALLER THAN A MEDIUM FRY"
