I came to the shop with a certain repair and was told by friends that eight be pressured to get most expensive service as it is pretty typical for auto mechanics to offer that. I came to Andy and nobody even tried to do that. Car was fixed in no time! I had a nice chat and good laugh with Andy. You are, being blonde is not dangerous when you meet great people. "They tried to swindle me because I do not know much about cars, and I will not be going back. After I bought my first car I had them do an oil change, at which time they gave me a sticker with a date (3 months) and the car's current mileage. I went back 3 months later after 1500 miles, not knowing any better. They changed my oil, and gave me a sticker - this time only showing the date and not the mileage, so I wouldn't know at what mileage it was done and would go back too soon. I felt so cheated when I found out. Sure, it's my fault for not knowing, absolutely. But they lost business because of this. I had my battery replaced there and some other work on the car. It's the most convenient mechanic to my work, so I would have gone there for everything even if the price wasn't best. But I am no longer going back, because they thought they could take advantage for my not knowing any better. If you know your stuff, maybe this mechanic will respect you. But if you don't, beware: they're not going to operate in good faith."

"My 85 year old mother and I stumbled across Andy's shop when my Mom's key fob battery died, and her car no longer started. All I can say is what a Godsend! Andy's calm, kind and personal service immediately set my Mom at ease and when it turned out he didn't readily have the exact battery she needed, he dialed up a local colleague and, no joke, a young man appeared with the exact chip we needed not 10 minutes later. Unbelievable "old school" service I thought didn't exist anymore, is alive and well at this shop. I can not thank Andy and his team enough for taking such good care of us.
