"Paid for a part never got a call to pick it up. Followed up the lost the transaction and I needed my receipt. Couldn't verify through my purchase history. Part was only $6 so not a great loss but lesson learned keep the receipt and follow up sooner when order's are expected to arrive and your haven't heard from them. Unorganized is the sense I get and customer service is nit top priority there."
