"Had a great experience taking my 97 M3 to Works for the first time from a recommendation made by a buddy with an M3. Everyone was friendly and seemed quite knowledgeable about BMWs and street/track prepped cars in general, especially Ty, the technician who worked on my car. I had an incident with a curb and brought the car in for a diagnosis. They identified everything that was damaged (will update if not) while also making timely repairs and keeping me in the loop. The only complaint I have is the car came back aligned and tracking straight with the steering wheel off center. Could be due to uneven front camber. I’d give 4.5 stars for now"

"I've had the Works Motorsports work on my 2014 WRX lets say more then a few times and every time I took it in for work its always been a great experience. I have been working on cars my whole life but when I need something that requires some unique/specialized work or when I back myself in a corner I can't personally figure out I call these guys in! I really can't say anything bad about them. They always take their time and make sure the job is done the right way... TOO many times have I heard the horror story from my friends of their "shop" that acts like "fast in and out" is the only way or the best way! and end in a blown motor or the car needs to be taken back to the shop 4-6 times and a never ending cycle of "I got to take it back to the shop" I have never needed to take my car back multiple times and that's one heck of a miracle because my WRX is pretty odd and unique at this point! Good work is never done quick that's not how I work and that's not how they work. I hate and will not rush professionals in their element! I'm not good at writing or making reviews so this may not look good or have great grammar but I hope that shows how much I respect and trust their work. Sorry for the odd user name. Thanks Jeff! G."

"I took my Evo 9 into Works to have an Exedy twin disk put in. Over all I was really happy with the Service. I was there about a year and half ago and just did not like the vibe. I took a long shot and went to check it out again. I met Faruke and really liked the interaction. I was not dropping a-lot of money, but he still made me feel like I was one of his friends and that my car was important to him, although it's probably like the one millionth Evo to come through the door. He price matched internet parts for me and the labor was really competitive. Over all I had a works stainless steel clutch line, ACT Monolock, Exedy hd twin disk, transfer case fluid and seals, rear diff fluid and seals, trans fluid and seals, and rear main seal installed. The Mechanic also straightened out my steering wheel while he was in there at no extra cost. One last little bit of info. I liked that Faruke is a Formula Drift driver when he is not managing works. Even though i'm not into drifting it was still really cool to be able to talk to someone and get product recommendations from someone that races professionally and not just a service writer that works on commission. For Example. He suggested the ACT monolock (which i had no idea would work with exedy ) and sure enough when i researched it, it was a must have part that saves a-lot of headaches and was only 66 bucks. Thanks guys!"
