"If customer service is important to you then you have to come to this store. I needed an electric blower and multiple associates helped me even though it was closing time. They have a variety of items. If you cant find something for your home stop and visit this store. Best customer service ever!!!"

"Went in to rent a rug doctor yesterday used it machine worked GREAT! But the woman at the cash register was EXTREMELY RUDE inappropriate almost didn’t give my fiancé his 50$ deposit back because there was a spot on the brush Didn’t tell us how to clean it upon returning and proceeded to try and tell us to use a metal brush and to buy one at the store! Another employee says that they had one and my fiancé was willing to clean it right then and there! She proceeded to have an attitude about it Next time I won’t be going in to her and if she’s there we will definitely leave and take our business elsewhere I think her name was Ann or something like that! If you cannot be polite and not explain on how to take care of appliances properly then you shouldn’t work at a place that requires that! Shame on YOU!"

"They are quick to call them police if they think someone has stolen from the store. The guy wasn't even trying to in there store. He was outside and they called the police because they thought he'd stolen something when he was there before. Just a little quick to jump the gun in opinion. Otherwise, it's a nice store."
