Burger King

"the employees did not even acknowledge I was at the order counter so I asked if they were open, one turned her head and said yes and turned back to their conversation! I thought maybe this is a window server talking to a non-serving manager or something so I stepped over to see if there was a server who didn't see a customer waiting. then one of the two walked toward the order area and didn't speak! I said "you don't seem very enthusiastic to help me" she responded "I was having a conversation" I felt rudeness and I turned toward the door and she was quick to say sarcastically "Have a nice Day" !! I came back and said with your attitude I wouldn't trust you food prep standards so I can't order then the other one said have a nice day and I said I don't wish you a nice day I wish you a bad day, what is your store number? she printed a slip and I took it and she told me to leave, "you are not a customer so leave, I said no and sat at a table to organize my notes to report to Corp. She threatened to call the police and I said good, I'll wait. a few minutes later I finished the notes and called the police myself to explain and see if they had received a call from this BK, the WPD had not. I have never had any experience even close to this anywhere else in CA, the entire USA, or anywhere else in the World. My wife and I used to eat here as we are traveling thru Willits often but never again, and if this is the standard of hiring practice of BK never any BK again EVER!! I will follow thru with a more formal complaint but no name tag and when I asked Her name she refused to reveal"

"Our local Burger King has recently undergone an upgrade to bring it to the 21st century. This one is definitely pristine in its looks and is very inviting. The staff is attentive and things came out the way they were supposed to warm and perfect. I tried the Ghost Pepper Whopper, very interesting and flavorful."

"We got lunch here around noon on July 4th and were glad they were open. The inside was incredibly spacious and clean, and the staff were very warm and welcoming. We had a large group of people, but our order was prepared quickly and accurately. We all enjoyed the food and had a great experience overall."

"While traveling back to Texas we needed to stop for lunch. I ordered an Impossible Whopper with fries. It was tasty and not messy at all. The property has obviously been recently remodeled. It was clean and spacious. There is an ample amount of parking. The staff was working very hard and did a great job."
