Domino's Pizza

"I called this store to get a receipt for a catering order and they were extremely rude, and hung up on me. Do not recommend. Spend your money elsewhere."

"Dominos truly is at the bleeding edge of pizza technology; their new AI partnership with Microsoft and patented Pizza Tracker system allow you to watch your dining experience deteriorate in real-time. I placed an order using the Dominos app, and the pizza tracker showed that my delivery time was ~85 minutes. Not optimal, but I want some take-out pizza, so I'm willing to wait. I assumed that the pizza would hit the oven ~15 before the estimated delivery. Nope. Pizza went in the oven IMMEDIATELY, then sat at the pass for over 45 minutes before it was delivered. I honestly don't know why they even bothered to put it in the padded, thermal pizza transport contraption. The pizza was basically room temp when it arrived. I have only myself to blame for this disappointing experience because, although I am new to the area, I failed to check any google reviews for this location before ordering, many of which reported similar experiences. It's clear that whoever is running this location has no idea how a pizza delivery business should work. They're mass-producing pizza orders as they come in and then stacking them in the car for some poor dude to deliver on an hour-long trek. And it's not like this is a one-off; read the reviews. They know what's happening; they're just not willing to do anything about it. This location might actually make a decent pizza, but it's not worth it to order delivery. If you absolutely MUST get your pizza here, go pick it up. I've learned my lesson and will never order from this location again."

"Not sure how you were able to burn one cheesey bread (while simultaneously covering it in what I hope were only onions) but undercook another at the same time. At first I thought maybe it was a me thing, but then I remembered I picked up my order 5 minutes after it was marked as ready. Unfortunate, I don't want this to happen again."

"Put in an order at 6:16pm, and the app said it would arrive between 42 and 56 minutes. When we called well after an hour to find out where the pizza was, we were told "it will be another 10 minutes". Another half hour+ passed. We called again, and it finally arrived after a total of over 2 hours. The manager lied about the timing -- we would have cancelled if we knew they were having problems. Palo Alto has much better alternatives. Dominos may have a nice ordering app, but the actual service, and product, is still the lowest common denominator. We can all do much better - let's patronize the places in Palo Alto that are putting in the effort. Not Dominos. :("
