"I come here whenever I am passing through Ashland. The food is so tasty and healthy. The staff are always warm and welcoming. The atmosphere is relaxing and comfortable. I make friends every time I come in here. It’s a lovely place for community and hangout. They also have an incredible dessert selection where you can dine in or take out. Highly recommend this spot!"
"Sauce is one of the best fresh foods restaurants in the valley. They have gluten free and vegan options and everything is organic. They have fabulous desserts with both gluten free, sugar free and soy free options, and homemade soups and sauces that you can purchase by the jar. Their prices are reasonable. Plan on a wait as everything is made fresh. Sometimes seating is difficult to find during busy hours."

"First five star worthy restaurant I’ve been to in a while. Absolutely fantastic whole food vegan forward menu. Don’t worry carnivores there are even menu items for you. Relaxed and welcoming environment. Friendly and accommodating service. Counter ordered food but delivered to table service. Multiple taps of various kombucha flavors and even an impressive beer collection. A variety of items ready to go if in a hurry or wanting to eat out. Worth a visit for a wonder culinary journey."
