"Food=good Service=very bad What’s going on guys? Why does the rude waitress still have a job? We had a reservation for 6 and when we arrived, we were the only party there. Took over an hour to get our food…3 tables got their entrees before us. When I asked the waitress about this, she told us that since one of us ordered garlic bread (4 pieces for a table of 6), she put in the other 3 tables entrees before ours. No apology whatsoever. Then she disappears for 15mins pouting over the completely legitimate question I asked. When it was time for the bill, the woman had the gall to put her gratuity into the bill. Total lack of common sense or customer service. Trash! Food’s good though."
"Terrible service! Had reservation for family of 6. Placed our orders. Many people seated after us served much sooner. My son asked waitress why we weren’t being served and she made a lame excuse then left us. She didn’t care. When she brought the bill she said “I forgot to add something.” Returned with our bill and she had added her own tip! So entitled and so undeserving. I’m a very good tipper when it’s deserved, but for the waitress to assume was wrong. Never returning to a restaurant that allows this."
"The food was good but nothing so crazy that I would eat here again. It’s pasta lol. I’m glad they gave us bread. The TM Mac was also just to rich to fully enjoy. The outside seating is really pretty. Staff was really nice."
"This is my third visit to Macaroni’s downstairs. Have had the pizza and pasta both. One cannot go wrong with anything on the menu. Everything is delicious!! Tonight I had the capellini de Mediterranean and it was yummy. The sauce was light in flavor which allowed for all of the other items added to each have their own flavors be more noticeable. We also ordered the ravioli and had them mix the Alfredo sauce with the red sauce it was delicious. The ambience is always great!"
