"This was the first time I was able to go here. I was greatly surprised by how nice everyone was. They gave us time to go over the menu and even gave us some suggestions on different options. I had a question about the ingredients for one of the menu items and the person took the time to actually go back and read the ingredients before answering my question. Food was great and I will make this place my new number 1 spot for food."

"This is a top notch Culver's! The store was clean and inviting. The Culver's staff was friendly and answered my questions. Came in one day too early to get the curd burger!! Oh well, guess I will need to return. Enjoyed the world famous Culver's Double Deluxe with cheese curds and a pumpkin shake. Everything was spot on. The cheese curds look to have a different breading than I have had before, but were still delicious. The restaurant was clean and staff checked in that we were taken care of and even removed the tray for us. Would highly recommend this location to friends and family. Look forward to a future visit!!"

"Went in for dinner last night and got some special Dr. Pepper double burger and onion rings. The burger was very big and well cooked. It had bacon and some Dr. Pepper type sauce on a everything bun. It was pretty good and very filling. The onion rings as always were fantastic. I love Culver's onion rings. I got a Coke at the self serve station and couldn't help but notice the mixture was perfect. I haven't had a good tasting Coke in ages. We used the coupon off the bags and got a free hot fudge sunday. Never a complaint with Culver's frozen custard. The staff is friendly and attentive. The dinning area is often crowded but clean. It's a good experience and I reccomend a visit. Definitely one of the better fast food burger places in Alcoa."

"We stopped at Culver’s after a day in the beautiful Great Smoky Mountains for their delightful custard. I got a small with cookie dough and my wife got a small with butter cake. Both were delicious with wonderful and velvety smooth texture and a delicious taste. The staff was friendly and prompt and the restaurant was clean and welcoming. Thank you!"
