"Rude management. My son went to return a jacket purchased for Christmas. The return policy on my email clearly states all purchases between 11/16/20 and 1/1/21 would be offered extended return times until 2/16/21. The first time he went the manager Missy said she couldn't return it because the return time expired. I sent him back and this time Missy first tried to only offer them back a portion of the price paid, then said she could only give a gift card. I had to get on the phone and tell her that is not what the policy said, she was rude to me and to my son and his girlfriend. I had to tell my son to tell her they were not leaving until they got a full refund to the original form of payment, which is what the policy says. She argued, was rude, but finally refunded the amount. JD Sports, based on reviews on this store, I think you need to hire new management. Won't be shopping here again or online."
