"Consistently inadequate selection every time I’ve tried to shop here. Also, I had the unpleasant misfortune of encountering a sales associate today who, if she wasn’t actually sizist, did an admirable imitation of someone who was. I don’t even want to get into the details—suffice it to say that it was very clear they didn’t need my business today, and that point has been made in the past so many times that I think I’m finally ready to agree with them…Talbots truly doesn’t want or need my business. To make it worse, when I tried to purchase an item online later the same day, I got an error message from their website at least five times. I give up. It’s not worth it."
