"I am so disappointed with this store. I live in Franklin and work on main. I try very hard to shop local and spend my money with small retailers. I purchased a purse at the end of August and a fun strap for it and spent over $130. I could have easily bought it cheaper on Amazon but I was happy to pay to keep stores open. By October the zipper was no longer functional. I reached out to the owner and she will not replace the purse. Sadly I was going to buy another for my sister for Christmas. She not only lost another sale but I will not buy anything again in the store. All it would've cost is to make it right. I can walk to that store from work I would have spent so much more had the owner done the right thing. Ultimately she directed me to a seamstress to repair the zipper at my own additional cost. I would have even accepted her to repair the purse but she did not even offer."

"The owner/manager went above and beyond for us. I had been to the boutique late afternoon and purchased an adorable jacket for my boss. I had sent a couple of pictures to her to show her some dresses I thought she would like for an event the next morning. Left the store and called a couple hours later in a panic because my boss wanted a dress for her event the next morning but they had just closed. They opened back up for me after hours so I could get the dress before the event!"

"My family travelled out of town to Franklin today to enjoy my daughter's birthday. This is my second time in this store after a bad experience the first time around Christmas. The person behind the desk was rude and barely acknowledged us. I thought maybe it was an isolated event and returned today. Same person but this time "masked" and still rude. We immediately left although my daughter saw a dress she was interested in purchasing. No way am I spending money where I am not acknowledged. Left and spent money at all the amazing other shops in downtown Franklin. Will never go back here or recommend to my friends, family or clients. The worst customer service...."

"Very poor customer service. My mother and I were visiting Franklin for Memorial Day, when we visited your store. We were not greeted upon entering your store, the sales associate was seated behind the counter and didn’t even look up from the computer. We continued to shop the store because you have wonderful product, but even as we approached the till she continued to blatantly ignore our presence. At this point we just left the store. I decided to go back to the store and ask for the managers information, she proceeded to tell me she was the manager and asked what if there was an issue. I told her i believed it was unprofessional that she ignored her customers.(I was in a face mask) She proceeded to tell me she said “hi” when we entered and I probably did not hear her over my mask. We loved your products and your store is beautiful, but I just cannot bring myself to spend money in an establishment where my presence is blatantly ignored."

"Cute clothes and priced within many different budgets. My only complaint (coming from someone who’s worked in a clothing boutique) is that every single time I have come into the store, the exact same sales associate NEVER greets me or acknowledges me during my visit. She’s parked behind the sales counter on the computer. Such a turn off and even though I’ve walked in several times (my daughter LOVES the store next door), I’ve been hopeful that the experience was just an “off day”. To the owner: you’re missing out on opportunities to make the shopping experience a memorable one and to elevate your revenue. ~The Hungry Shopper"
