"Enough is enough with this place, there is no quality control. It’s 50/50 whether you get edible produce or you get home and can’t feed your family with the food on their shelves. This comes down to leadership and the manager should find a new profession. An area as nice as Franklin deserves better."
"September 2023 I used to shop here often ( all the time; I was a regular customer). The place store is located in my neighborhood. Now EXCEPTING for something I need right away. I will drive the 10 minutes away to a Publix They had gotten better in the summer months but that was temporary. Most of the kroger house brands ( in my opinion) still not as gold as the national commercial brands we all love. They hide the many house brands under different names so you do not even they are Kroger (kroger name is not even on the packaging) Overall the shopping experience itself is PLEASANT. They have helpful staff .Look at the checkout area.. they usually are hanging out there deli department after is already closed when i try to buy supplies for my kids lunch in the early evening when i am coming home from work i have seen Staff sleeping ( I assume they are sleeping ) in their car more than once and then i go inside and cannot get assistance sometimes no carts are available inside so grab one from the lot on your way in i bought a baked chicken and it was under cooked and bloody"
"Called to see how much it cost to rent a carpet cleaner and was told $19.99. I sent my husband to rent it and they charged him $39.99! Par for the course!!!!"
"I have all but stopped shopping at this location. The prices are not the same as other area Kroger stores. Kroger brand milk is $4.29 whether fat free, 2% or skim. At other area stores it is 3.49 to 3.89. Kroger tea is 3.19 other locations $2.99. I always thought all area stores were under the same pricing but not this location."
"I was visiting a relative that lives in Westhaven and needed some brewkies. This Kroger was beautiful. It puts the ones near my residence in Ohio to shame. But given the fact that it's a a high dollar neighborhood they couldn't go cheap on this store."
