"Very disapointed in the breakdown in communication between staff. It took the waiter 10 minutes to notice we had been seated. Me and my fiance ordered our dinner with house salad as on of the sides, we never got the salad before the meal. we had to bring it to out waiters attention that we never got it and asked to just get a to go bag so we could eat it later, at this point I'm really disappointed but I get it ...new people or shorthanded. What I felt was unacceptable was the two waitresses getting into a heated argument on the floor between seating tables,yelling at one another ... one starts storming off one direction while the other who was sweeping continued to do so but with such aggervation that she was slamming the broom into the table and seats, I watched the little boy across from us flinch , startled by the behaviors.it didnt stop untill a third employee intervened. In all a very aggervating, stressful and disappointing experience...not what we expected when we went for a peaceful dinner out."

"We were out in the Oak Ridge area and decided that we were in the mood for a steak, so we decided on Outback. Our server, Cason, was very friendly and helpful. Only a few things kept me from giving 5 stars. The bread was a bit rubbery, the potato didn't seem to be fully cooked and the chopped salad was not chopped the way it usually is. Also, when you get shrimp added I think it should be more than four. The steaks were absolutely phenomenal and the ambiance was great. I would definitely go back if I was in the Oak Ridge area."
