Sonic Drive-In

"Horrible would love my money back this was going because I did like sonic but this is the end . I had the chicken dinner and a drink that was not coke and I asked and the employee said oh yes mama it's a coke. The fries had so much salt and everything was cold. I would love my money back. I was in the drive through and the wait was crazy and just one car in front of me ."

"The burrito with nothing in it was the first burrito I received, after complaining they brought me another burrito. They purposely burnt the sausage and it was so awful we couldn't even eat it, after getting home my son after taking a few bites got sick. I normally don't write bad reviews but this just gross and unacceptable."

"Extremely slow and they couldn't understand me when placing my order which caused my wait to be over 30 minutes from the time that I pulled up until the time that I left. Once I had left I had my boyfriend double check our bag and they had forgotten both of our sides for our meals. I'll turned around by shoneys we went back after calling and waited another 15 minutes for them to bring out 2 medium sides of mozzarella sticks. By the time we got home all of our food was cold and the mozzarella sticks literally had no cheese in them as well as my popcorn chicken being so over cooked that half of the meat turned to powder when I started chewing."

"I had ordered on the Sonic app and checked in to this location. After having to press the button, and remind them I was there, waiting and watching people get their food before us, I was told it would just be a minute. Finally after 23 minutes I got my 2 large cheese sticks and a few drinks. I pulled away unhappy but glad to have gotten my order. I drove a few minutes down the street and looked into the bag to grab one of the cheese sticks and they were raw, cold and smashed! I had to turn around and take them back. I asked to talk to a manager and he was nice and already had a bag with 2 medium cheese sticks in his arms. He told me to wait and he would add the others to make up the difference. He did take care of everything BUT the cheese sticks that were in the bag (new one given to replace the other bad ones) were almost empty from being over cooked. I can't say this is how this location is all the time but I highly recommend you check your food. I will try them again and update."

"One of the best Sonics I've been to. The drinks are always delicious (which is what I mainly go for) service is quick and staff are always super friendly. If they are slow with service they always try to make it up to you. I cant tell you how many times I've gotten free drink tokens just because they were a little slow with my order. I also use the app which is awesome because drinks are always half priced on the app. Try a sprite with mango and peach you wont regret it!"
