"When I went to the bathroom I found cockroaches. It's nasty there shouldn't be cockroaches at a restaurant. Wouldn't recommend this place. The food was good but they took too much time to make my food."
"Absolutely horrible experience. I ordered on the app to save time. When I go through the drive through there is just 1 car in front of me, yet I waited 5 minutes at the windows before being told to pull forward where I waited an additional 10 minutes for ONLY 2 kids meals. When we received the first kids meal the employee hands it to me and asks if I got the other one already.. I said no and she grumbled and groaned and went back inside to get the other half of my order. Then the fries and nuggets were cold. I reached out to customer service on the app for a refund and they would only offer just a $5 coupon. I’m so done with Burger King. It used to be my favorite fast food restaurant and now it’s just all around awful at every location. Save yourself and just go to McDonald’s, Hardee’s, Arby’s, ChickfilA, literally anywhere else"
"I came here and there service is terrible. I ordered 2 cheeseburgers 1 is plain the other is not. But she gave me 2 plain cheeseburgers I told her, “NO only 1 plain.” 3 times and she still gave me 2. I saw the recipe the SHE ordered orange juice I did not say orange juice she ordered it herself with MY money. She’s a thief! Absolutely horrible service. Would not recommend to go there again!! And for advice DO NOT GO THERE AGAIN AFTER WHAT SHE DID!!!"
"Went thru the drive thru. Service was excellent and she was very nice. I ordered the Breakfast Bacon King. It very good but the egg tasted bland. The hash brown or tots were nice and crisp. This was a good trip to the king."
