Moe's Southwest Grill

"My family and I visited this location today and ordered our food to go. Unfortunately once we opened our meal and began to eat at our home, ALL six of us mentioned that it wasn’t good. I wish I had read the reviews prior to visiting this location. We also experienced a lack of communication and customer service this afternoon. On the way to take my daughter to the restroom there was a puddle of water in the hallway, and the bathroom needed some attention. Unfortunately, it was just an unpleasant experience. We will not be revisiting this location again."

"I think this location needs different leadership and more training on customer service. I have been a few times since they opened and some of the staff is okay but it seems like cashier who I presume to the be the manager (because he is in black) barely says two words. Barely a thank you or come back and see us. I went today and it was a different guy with the same result. Its a shame because they just opened. I will probably be going to a different location from now on."

"The food here is good, very recommended. However, do not order online or in the app. Your order will not be prioritized over walk in customers. I waited more than 30 minutes past my given pick up time and was told that they had to take care of the customers in line. Never mind that I am also a customer who had already ordered and paid and there was a growing line of us too. The food was good, there is just poor management of online orders."

"When this location first opened, we tried it out for lunch. Good quality, friendly staff, nice portions. Second time we went. The portions were significantly less. Thought this may have just been a new member of the crew so we went again. This time it was the same smaller portions. Most likely will not visit again. No mo Moe’s."

"Went for a curbside pickup order. You have to call their store and listen to a menu then speak with an employee to let them know you've arrived. I arrived pretty quickly after I placed my order, so I didn't expect to get my food immediately. They didn't look very busy, so I did think I might get my food before the expected pickup time, especially because the employee said it would be right out. My estimated pickup time was 13 minutes after I called. I waited 10 minutes past my pickup time and called again. They said it would be right out and offered me a beverage. Food was out about three minutes after that. Half an hour for bland, low-quality food that cost just as much as Chipotle but in a smaller portion. No thanks. Hopefully Moe's will vacate the space like it's predecessors and make way for a good local restaurant rather than an overpriced, overrated chain"
