"Over the years this location has had its ups & downs, most notably improving their food wrapping & messy food handling. Tonight Caren S the Cashier asks if I wanted my drink to be regular or large to which I respond regular. She gives me a large through the drive thru window, I ask is this regular? She replied Girl I rang you up a regular but made you a large. Caren gives the drink & food. I ask for the receipt - lo & behold a large is on the receipt. Why I didn't want a large is irrelevant. Why a large is still on my receipt after I specified what I want is relevant. Am I shocked, Caren? No, I am not though I am disappointed, Taco Bell."
