"Purchased two 5.99 meals...the food is old. The amount of food on both meals is less then a happy meal. Called the store and no one answered the phone. To say disappointed is an understatement!"

"Food so old I can’t even eat it. The fish smells rotten and most of the fries are hard as rocks. This used to be an excellent location but definitely not anymore."

"I had an incident that I cannot move past. Floored that in 2022 this could happen: I went to Captain Ds 1878 Almaville Rd, Smyrna, Tn Feb 15th, 2022 around 2:35 pm to buy Catfish feast. Went to bathroom a kitchen staff member with black hair came out of the bathroom, I noticed sink dry. I decided not to eat there as staff went into kitchen. (If her hands not clean..no way eating there) I ordered medium sprite and told cashier I would have ordered food but kitchen staff didn't wash her hands. Cashier states we have sink in the Kitchen. She took my card gave me a receipt..walked away without giving me a cup. She performed other chores..I leaned forward trying to understand why she never gave me a cup. After awhile, she looks up.. finally she comes back over. I ask where is my drink..she stated people generally order food. I asked to speak to Mgr. She said she was manager. I took her pic. I was floored and it brought back memories of my not being served in the 60's at Burger King and Krispy creme donuts. Later..cause it kept replaying in my head. I called Corporate and branch owner called me. He was argumentative asking how do you know she didn't wash hands, bragging on how many branches he owns and how good employee his 17/18 yr old Cashier/Mgr Terry was. It was unreal. He cut me off a couple times while I was talking. I woke up the next day in tears..I didn't realize..it had brought back bad memories. Branch mgr never apologized, I paid for a drink that I never received. The receipt I received not legible..reason called Corp. I requested Corp. And Branch mgr listen to and watch video..my elder Sister heard branch mgr being argumentative on speaker, I asked him to tell me why she refused to serve me. I never once disrespected her. Just reported..staff not washing hands...sink was dry. If you use a bathroom..you should wash your hands. (I told him had to let him go, didn't want to upset my Sis) I see in Texas someone else was not served drinks. I have heard nothing Back from Corp. Or Branch Mgr. Blatant disrespect. I finally left after she stated she was manager. My card still has charge on it. The Culture of Branch Owner..filtered down to 17 yr old Mgr. (Oh owner said he did not know why she walked off making tea and performing other chores) total disrespect. I had on mask..employee did not. I was floored with response, believe I turned around and through up my hands. 2022 and my reporting employee not washing hands would cause me to not be served. This video should be made public. I JUST CAN'T GET PAST BEHAVIOR and Branch owner being argumentative!! No apology and I got a charge on my card with no service. 2 seconds to hand me a cup..that is clearly in front of her. The Mgr states she's great employee."
