"This location has nice workers, but their service is super slow! I’ve been here many times and it’s taken me 40 minutes to get through the drive thru on a Friday morning. The food and inside is good, but the service is painfully poor. It’s gotten to the lint where we drive all the way to the one on Sam Ridley!"

"this dunkin used to be very good but now their way to slow I went through the drive through and I waited for way to long and once I pulled up they gave me half my order and told me to move forward to get the rest of my order they had me waiting more time then when I was in line then I got out and went in to check if they had finished getting the rest of my order and they said that they were working on it so I left since I had been waiting more then 25 minutes I never got the rest of my order never coming back to this dunkin again."

"I tried this location the past two days. I've always gone to Starbucks a little further away.so I felt since this is ower I'll try it out. The first day the window worker in the drive thru was rude. Acted like I was a burden to her and that she didn't want to be there. So I thought, well, she must be having a bad day.so I went again this morning. 1/26/24 at about 5:45 am. And the same window worker with the same attitude. I'll just drive a little further and continue going to Starbucks. Those kinds of attitudes is a reflection of poor Management."

"The inside was closed so I can't comment on that. However, the drive-through experience was adequate for the time considering it was rush hour but there were about 10 vehicles in line and I think I spent less than 5 minutes from start to finish. So that's not that bad. It's actually really good considering. It's a fast food place that is right across the street from a major place of employment"

"So I'll start with the positive. This location is always really good with my kid. They listen to him and look him in the eye and that makes the world of diffrence. The negative however sometimes outweighs the positive. This location for whatever reason can not get a order correct. I ordered the avocado toast with bacon and a everything bagel with cream cheese. Well they definitely charged me for those items but there was no bacon on my toast and I'm not sure how you can call this a bagel with cream cheese. We were in a hurry so I went back later in the day to get a refund. Still had the food and turns out that they do not have a evening manager so they can not do refunds at all so ended up being a large waist of time. I'm not saying not to go to this location but ALWAYS check your food before you leave."
