"We were rushed and herded through the line like cattle. Absolutely no customer service from any member. The first associate we spoke to was rude, the second was clueless, and the third was not much better. I will NOT go back inside at this location and likely won’t be back period. All tables and floor was dirty."

"I visited the store at 1010 Murfreesboro Rd. The hours showed it would close at 9pm. I arrived at 8:30. Was told that the grill was closed and I was unable to order a hot sandwich. I called the next day trying to find out what was the general time the grill should shut down. The guy who answered the phone and told me he was a shift leader put on speaker “so the manager could hear my question”, only for the girl who I dealt with the night before to be extremely rude and yell into the phone “It’s normal, I had already cleaned it!” I just asked a simple question. In my opinion this could have all been avoided had a sign been posted explaining the grill shut down at a certain time. Completely horrible customer service! And for me to be put on speaker phone instead getting a simple explanation was completely disrespectful and uncalled for!"

"I have gone in both during the day and night the different level of service is absolutely insane. If you go in during the day you get rude and dismissive employees including an older gentleman who made several inappropriate comments towards me. Where as when I decided to try again at night the service was friendly quick and very helpful even when I had to order 5 subs an hour before they closed. The store itself is rather dirty and I’ve seen rats run across the floor overall love jersey mikes but this store has its issues especially during the day."

"I have loved Jersey Mike’s since I was young. It is some of the best food you could ever get, but the 96 store always manages to find the rudest, most forward people you could ever find! If this is your first time trying Jersey Mike’s, don’t base your experience on this location. It really is the most amazing sandwich ever (if you get the oil, vinegar, oregano, salt & pepper, otherwise, you’re looking for subway)"

"We wanted something different for dinner tonight. Went to Jersey Mike's. I got a ham and cheese regular size sub. Pretty good. I think it's better than Subway but not quite as good as Jimmy John's. It's all pretty close, though. The parking here isn't too bad. There are plenty of spots, but you have to cross over a parking lot stretch to get to the door that people park in or fly right through. Definitely look both ways. The staff are nice, but they seem confused, and I have to repeat myself a lot for the order to get done right. I would go back again, but there are some other places that I would go to first. Good food, but not an experience where I was wowed."
