"There is no one at the front to take your order and you have fill out 20 different questions on giant screen for a basic cup of coffee. I accidentally hit cancel to one of their 8 different add on questions that I didn’t want and had to start all over. Got fed up and left. I just want wanted a cup of coffee. Dunkin’ has officially lost me a customer forever."

"These employees don’t even acknowledge anyone at the front. They totally ignored the 5 ppl waiting. They have a kiosk but the man in front of me was paying cash and need to be helped. At least six people with headphones for drive thru. Not one up front. Ridiculous!!! I used kiosk (2 coffee &donuts) I get one coffee and had to go up and ask for the donuts. Then had to reorder 1 coffee. If they don’t want to wait on people close the inside and only have drive thru!!! I know drive thru is timed and probably times are sent to corporate and they are just trying to look good but shame on them"

"Employees should be trained when it comes to greeting customers. I went in to pick up a mobile order and there was a minimum of 6 workers in there and I was not greeted until I had to say something after 5 min.of nobody greeting me or asking if I needed anything. My coffee was watered down as well."

"This is a newer location in my area, and I went to it on a Saturday before noon. Needless to say, the selection was sparse and I guess they don’t restock. Maybe they don’t make their own donuts there. Anyway, what I wanted they definitely didn’t have and when I ask what a couple of things were (because they are not marked!) the guy said it ‘could be’ blah blah blah. I don’t buy on ‘it could be’. Won’t go back there again. Purchased nothing!"

"Toni at the drive thru window was so hateful and had a snarl on her face the entire time she talked to me. Her attitude is beyond awful. She was huffing and puffing because I asked for napkins, and actually sighed and made an ugly face with her lip up on one side. CRAZY! They didn’t even bother to put my sons munchkins in a box…"
