"The server seemed like we were an inconvenience to him. Hard to get refills. The food was mediocre at best. There were 3 of us dining and food came out at separate times. No one received their entire meal at once. We each got a part of the meal then one other item would be dropped off. From start of delivery to finally receiving all food was just over 10 minutes. We ordered a shrimp dish, fajitas and a combination plate. No modifications and food was cold. I could also tell some of the plates had been sitting in the window for a bit. I was in tow visiting my husband who is there on business. I would not go back and he doesn't think he will either."

"I went to this restaurant yesterday and was sorely disappointed. The food was okay, but I the service was a disappointment. I purchased a gift certificate for $50.00 and was charged $50.75. I'm not sure what the $0.75 was for and the owner didn't really explain. Then, I ordered two items at the restaurant and ordered a dish for a relative at home and they charged me a $0.69 fee for a takeout order (there was no mention of this I just noticed it on my receipt after I had paid). I sat at the restaurant with a friend and ate two entrees and then you are going to charge me for order more food and taking it home? (I guess if you go this route when you visit, have the food plated and the request a box). Lastly, they offered a military discount, but the owner asked me what I ate, which was fine, I had an entrée, cheese dip, and a sweet tea, he then told me he could only apply the discount to one item. That didn't make any sense to me. Lastly, they had pull down blinds in the restaurant and there was food staining the blinds and flies buzzing about (and we were there 30 minutes after opening). There are much better Mexican restaurants in Franklin. I won't be back."

"My coworkers took me here and presented it as a solid normal Mexican restaurant in the US. Can confirm! Normal Mexican restaurant (in Middle TN). Not amazing, not bad, just exactly what you expect it to be. No frills. Our server was kind of rude and one of our friends didn't get what she ordered the first time, but it was corrected. The server wasn't over the top rude, but he definitely seemed to be over being there. My chilaquiles was a solid dish. I didn't mean to, but I ate the whole thing. The guac cesaro we got was also good. The salsa was okay. All in all, I liked it and would return. Service was pretty quick even though my friend got the wrong thing at first. She wasn't a huge fan of what she got, but we also chalked a bit of that up to them rushing to make it because it was wrong the first time. Give them a shot if you need this experience. I know sometimes it's exactly what I need."

"Stopped here on a whim because we were craving tacos and tequilas. Saw the guacamole casera and had to have it. BEST DECISION. Texas margaritas were awesome. The margarona too. Cheese dip with ground beef. Chicken fajitas also good. Everything was fresh. Definitely recommend."

"Two words - Tortilla. Soup! Wow! Their egg rolls were excellent as well. Guac is fresh and delicious, and the red sauce that came with the chips was great too. We love this place."
