McDonald's

"Came in for some breakfast. I think I was almost about to be waited on, but another employee came over to show something very important on their phone to the person I mistakenly thought was going to wait on me and I didn't want to intrude on something so critical, so i left. I know it's my fault and I should have used the warm, friendly, and very personable kiosk, but the last time I used a kiosk at a McDonald's my order was left on the counter for "I'm not really sure" how long (according to the person behind the counter). So I'm stuck with a dilemma: do I avoid this one in Donaldson and the one on Church St. in Murfreesboro or should I just never bother with McDonald's altogether? I'm not really loving it."

"Mobile order. We get to the second window and ask us to pull forward. After 20 cars have been served behind us, I had to go in because they forgot about us. They made lots of excuses and phrased them as if it was my fault."

"This was typical for a McDonald's... Staff at the window was friendly. Was really glad they were open."

"I am changing my review. They dropped my chicken nugget meal on the floor and picked it up and handed it to me thru the drive thru without saying one word! I guess the nuggets fell out and when they handed it to me my 10 piece ended up being a 9 piece. I'm guessing that last one was still on the McDonald's floor! I haven't been back since. And don't plan on it."

"This really deserves 0 stars. First off, customer service is terrible. That’s an understatement, they look like walking zombies with comprehension skills of a new born baby. They look like they don’t wanna be there. I’ve came through drive through 3 times to correct my order. Service was so poor corporate needs to be addressed manager got smart yelled at us after we asked for a refund and she shut the window in our face. Failed to mention food was cold while purchased Snatched the bag out our hand and failed to give us a refund."
