"Terrible experience! Several times now the order taker was rude and very unprofessional as I’m ordering rushing me this has been several times I’ve come but this time I’m over it! It was time to write a review! It’s been a male all times I’ve come if they don’t wanna work why be here! Attitude and customer service should be number 1and here it’s last thing they have! I hate to be a Karen but when you come here several times and it’s always the same way I guess it’s needed and almost makes me worried to eat my food if it was messed with because I gave attitude right back so I just threw the food away! Very disappointed in a waste of money"

"Been to this location twice- today being the last. Both times the order taker has been rude and unfriendly. At the previous visit my drink had way too much syrup in it that it felt like they had done it on purpose. I had to throw it away. Today, my popcorn chicken taste like it had been sitting in the drawer from the day before. It was so crunchy it literally hurt my mouth to eat."

"Went with my husband and his brother. The lady who took his brothers order was rude, and he asked for some specific things on his sandwich. They completely messed it up. Food was decent like usual, just haven't had it in a long time. This was my first time at this location, I'll probably go back to the one in town if I plan to go to sonic again."

"Horrible service. We tried three times to get 2 of the exact same shakes. We were very polite and having a girls night. The first person we talked to acted like she couldn’t hear us, then hung up. The second person responded quickly so there was nothing wrong with the speaker. Second person was rude and cut us off, we had a coupon ignored us. We called the store and tried talking to someone and they said ok, and hung up, didn’t ask what stall or who the rude speaker was. After that we waited 5 minutes for help and nothing happened. Keep in mind there was nobody else in the stalls besides another car waiting for food. Freaking sucks, they were so rude we left. What are the chances of the same thing happening three times."

"This sonic has a great little heated outdoor seating area. The service was efficient and food was fresh and hot. Was impressed that after only a few minutes of waiting, an employee came out to let us know that they had to drop some new food for us so it was going to be a little longer (only 4 more minutes). Either way we didn’t wait long but it was nice of them to keep us posted on our wait time."
