"We arrived at 10:10 on Sunday the 25th. I stood in line and our order was not taken until 10:28. There were three people working the driver thru and only 1 doing the counter. He was trying but the staff was working very inefficiently. There were several what appeared to be online orders. Regardless there did not appear to be a manager who was helping the staff work efficiently. However, the biscuits were very good once we finally got them."

"Pulled up and got ignored. As I was driving off noticed someone in the drive tru so I swung back around. Waited again and after 3 minutes nothing. Called, phone was answered and I VERY NICELY explained what was going on. Suddenly they answered the drive thru intercom. Gave attitude and at the window I tried to make it clear what happened and that I wasn't trying to be difficult. Still gave attitude and probably spit in my food so I tossed it. I rarely eat fast food and never returning to this place isn't going to break my heart. But still want to knock their google rating for being ghetto."

"We love to go to Hardees when we are out of town because we don’t have them close to our house, and I have to say this one of the best we've visited. The staff was friendly and professional. The food was really good and ready super quick with a freshness you would get at a sit-down diner. I was really impressed and wished we had this same experience in our neighborhood."
