"I’m sure the bad reviews have merit, but I’ve yet to have a negative experience here. Pizza is always hot and tastes fresh, order has never been wrong (though I always pick up in-store to ensure I get what I ordered). Staffing is probably their biggest issue, but that seems to be uniform across the food and service industries since COVID… probably because of mean-hearted folks who don’t treat workers like people."
