"My wife and I came in with our Granddaughter to get coffee, chocolate milk, yogurt, and more. We. We also needed to get change from a $20 bill. So we were going to pay with cash. Were created at the door saying that the register wasn’t working so we needed to order from the APP. We ordered $18+ and when we picked up the coffee we saw that the drive through was working and they were giving cash change. So I asked if I could get change from the drive through and was told that I had to purchase something in the drive through. And that they can’t open the drawer for change. She abruptly walked away (end of story). No apology, no conflict resolution, nothing. Wow!"
"Partner was confusing, maybe she's new? It didn't matter. She was forgiving. She was new, its not her fault! Why I gotta do her like that!? Anyways, the Starbees service was fast and reliable. In the end, I walked away happy."
