"So I order from this store twice, every single time the cheeseburger are old, no onions, cheeseburger been sitting for hrs. How would you like the money you spent on your food, was not prepared fresh. It been long time since I ate McDonald's now I remember why I stop eating here. I am tried just like those tried a33 cheeseburger."

"well where to start, I was over charged , Order was wrong, the manager didn't give a flip and told me I had to go to my app to get a refund after they processed my order. I ask for a refund on a gift card and refused then turned her back on me and walked away. I emailed Mc Donald's asked for a refund. The store refused to give me a refund because the transaction was processed. So if you wanna loose Time, money, and leave with no food. It's a great stop to get McScrewed over. If you have low blood pressure this store will definitely fix that for you."

"I’m never one to leave a review, however I feel it’s important as good customer service is hard to find! I come here every morning like clockwork. EVERY.SINGLE.TIME after I place my order, Patricia knows who she is speaking to in the drive thru and tells me good morning by name before I even get to the window. She’s always kind and always smiling. Even with the stress and annoyance of fast food, she’s always great! I hope management sees this, because they have a great person on their hands! I hope this gives her some kind of recognition because she deserves it!"

"Twice we’ve been here with our toddler and twice there’s been some dude sleeping in the kids area. That’s not cool. Not only that, the playground always has a lot of trash in it. Do better, guys. There aren’t many indoor playgrounds anymore for kids."

"I REALLY wish that I didn't have to place a start because this establishment doesn't deserve it. Management is not professional, first we are standing in line waiting to be served because this poor cashier has a line and she is giving professional customer service to an elderly lady in front of us. The lady manager yells at the cashier to give another customer a cup in all honesty management could have done this task but she was REALLY busy taking her child to the restroom( when do we have little kids behind the counter age between 5-9) but she's on the clock and that's what this cashier has to deal with. Then before we left this same rude manager gets into with a customer. This was crazy cause all the lady said was y'all need to pay more attention( the customer had to slide their card 3 times because of the neglect of management, cashier needed a code) okay I get that. But management handled that poorly. This manager and her manager didn't try to defuse the issue they REALLY made it worse. I would love to go on but I'm not. This place is the worst do go there just pass right on by... Me and the kids would rather eat elsewhere. Thanks for the bad experience.."
