"Sent the wrong order. Wings with zero sauce even though tickets on wings indicate what sauce to put on them. Customer care only offers 25% to fix the issue"
"My pizza was rushed out. Cheese wasn’t even melted in some places so it didn’t cook long enough. Had to bring it home and return it to the oven. Marinara was really pasty like it’s old and was not covered or stored properly. I think the health department need to pay a visit before they wind up killing someone with that old sauce and half done pizza."
"The manager and the guy with dreads are con artist! I come here 3x a week and never had any issues until they came out with the extra cheese and pepperoni hot and ready pizza. On 2 occasions I came to this location and they said I have to wait 15 minutes until the hot and ready regular pepperoni pizza is done because it’s no longer ‘HOT AND READY’. The 8.95 pizza is only hot and ready! I come for the HOT AND READY $7.56 pizza (they went up on the price $2.00 within the last few months and their pizza ain’t that damn good) I rather spend my money with Papa Johns than this place. When I got home my pizza was a regular pepperoni pizza, there wasn’t any extra cheese or pepperoni, they basically charged me almost $10 for a regular pepperoni pizza. Scammers!!!! I will never come back here and I will report this location, hope they get shut down!!! The pizzas are much smaller and for a higher price. I really hope little Cesar’s go out of business. I will go to Dominoes or Papa Johns."
