"I bought a pair of shoes a few months back, maybe 6 months, paid 70.00 for them I have one foot that swells up so that was the foot I tried the shoe on, felt good walked around and still felt good ,put them on the next day for work and was thinking ,well maybe I just have to break them in, the next day I could not put the shoes back on, called them and told them , I just bought these shoes 2 days ago and I just can't ware them something is not right with these shoes, she told me I could not bring them back well I am out of 70.00 and came to find out one shoe was 8 1/2 and the other shoe was 9 1/2 , the lady check the size befor she rung them up, I guess she she was not looking at the size to make sure they match up , so now I am out of 70.00 lesson learned on this one"

"I read reviews in order to understand how I can better serve my customers. Yes, there have been a few times I allowed myself to break. By this I mean I do not defuse a situation properly. Not because I lack respect nor because I am rude, it because I'm human and I'm not perfect. A few of these reviews, including the most recent, are not completely true. What they failed to mention is that I, for one, will normally do an exchange on worn shoes. And that I will call for approval to do a refund for any shoes that break our policy. Policy is not written by the store. It is written by the company. For a customer to get upset because we do our jobs thoroughly and is dishonest in their reviews is upsetting for me. But that is the nature of retail. I say all that to say this. We are all human with good days and bad. Therefore, if we have wronged you, allow us the chance to show you we do aim to please. But also, Please keep in mind we all make mistakes, miscommunication happens. we do this job because we want to serve people. But we also have to protect our company from fraudulent claims as well."

"I bought a pair of shoes on Saturday that were obviously defected more than one time and the top portion of the shoe came unglued and caved in. On the following Tuesday l took them to the store along with the receipt the stuff was very unprofessional and rude and basically refused to exchange or return the shoes after l called to corporate they finally took the shoes back The person at corporate was very professional and helpful. It is clear from reading the other reviews here and personal experience they either need to replace the stuff at the Springfield store or retrain all off them on how treat costumers and a professional manner. I wouldn't recommend shopping at this location due to the rudeness of the staff."

"I just tried to return a pair of shoes. The store clerk was less than friendly and cooperative. The shoes had never been worn and the receipt was dated 4/26. Today is 5/24. If all sales were final it should have been printed on the receipt. I will never buy shoes there again. And I will tell everyone to avoid shoe sensation."

"Really good selection. Someone always greets us when we come in and offer to help us with anything. Store is spacious and clean. Everytime I have been in everything is organized, even the clearance area is an easy shopping experience. Reasonable prices. Kudos. Hope they are here to stay."
