"Very bad experience everyone there was racist because we spoke Spanish and gave us dirty looks and they were even saying bad stuff about us as if we didn’t understand, horrible experience will never come back to those racist ladies."
"I have been a customer at Cato for many years now. As a matter of fact, most of the clothes in my closet came from there. Until today, I had always gotten kind and courteous service. I was in the store several days ago and tried on a pair of jeans. I needed the next size down and asked the lady on the floor for help. She said that everything they had was on the floor, but asked if she could see if she could order it for me. I said no, and left because I was a little bit aggravated at that moment. I came back tonight to give them a second chance. Again I could not find the size I needed, so I looked Up at a mannequin who had on the size that I needed so, I took it off of the manikin and proceeded to go pay for them. The blonde lady who worked there at around 3:30 PM on Thursday, February 8 was very hateful to me. She said, “ If you would have asked one of us, we would have been more than glad to take it down for you”. I explained to her that I was simply looking to see if it was the right size for me. I still like Cato. But I will not be going to the one in Springfield Tennessee anymore. Especially if that particular lady is there."

"I went in this story earlier today with my mother to return a few items she bought and didn’t like. Right off the bat, a worker named Beth was extremely rude towards us and attempting to refuse the return. We tried being polite but she did not have a good attitude whatsoever, very disrespectful and should not be working in customer service. Will NOT be returning to this location."
"The clothes are nice and reasonable it's the employees that work there. The employees greet certain people. A black couple came in and I saw the employee gave them a hateful look. Two seconds later a white walks in and the employee spoke to her. The black couple saw what happened and walked right back the door. This is very unprofessional in a small town or anywhere. I will not go back because of this behavior. I will go the distance to Hermitage. Hermitage greets you from the moment you walk into their store."
