"This is the absolute worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. And I travel to dozens of pharmacies in the Austin area. Glibly slow and unproductive. This is my hell waiting here for them to not have anything ready for urgent hospice needs. I am embarrassed and ashamed for the staff."

"Scheduled a C19 test for this location, showed up and they looked at me like they had never heard of COVID and said “we don’t have tests available here.” I asked why they let me schedule an appointment or not notify my before I came all the way over to get the test and the gal working in the pharmacy just stared at me. Maybe it’s not the local worker’s responsibility to make sure people know that they aren’t going to be able to get their tests, but maybe reviews will shine a light to Walgreens ops."
